The modular building supplied by SHENGYIXIN was a standalone structure with a bespoke link to their existing factory – warehouse. The modular building supplied was a 20.00m x 35.00m  insulated building with a 6.20m eave height, with a thermal roof and single skin walling.

The modular building was equipped with 2 personnel doors, 2 electric roller shutter doors, guttering and downpipes lighting. SHENGYIXIN was required to add a bespoke link from the structure to existing factory. The modular building took just six days to install on site as no additional foundations were required.
