A 20.00m x 30.00m L-SERIES industrial structure with an eave height of 4.20m provided the client with 600m² of instant retail space. The building was installed with the popular thermo inflatable roof system with non-translucent fabric covers. Walling was supplied in a combination of horizontal glass and 70mm composite insulated wall panels providing a insulation “u” value of .35.

The building incorporated 1 x electrically operated pedestrian entrance door unit, 2 x (MOE) means of escape door units, entrance canopy, complete with a trolley bay. The complete structure was installed directly onto the existing site ground conditions with a cassette floor fitted internally providing a point loading of 500kg per m².
